If you want to make your own flavored liquor, all you need to do is grab your cream whipper and pour in some room-temperature alcohol, along with whatever flavor you want infused—seeds, herbs, fruits, or anything else you can think of. Charge the whipper with nitrous oxide, swirl for about 30 seconds, and let it sit.
