Infusing flavors with liquor can often be complicated and time-consuming, but the French Culinary Institute discovered that you can create infused cocktails with nothing but an N2O-powered cream whipper.
    If you want to make your own flavored liquor, all you need to do is grab your cream whipper and pour in some room-temperature alcohol, along with whatever flavor you want infused—seeds, herbs, fruits, or anything else you can think of. Charge the whipper with nitrous oxide, swirl for about 30 seconds, and let it sit. Then, just vent the gas, open it, and strain it, and you’ve got yourself some simple, home-infused liquor.

Today, a consumer group, Consumer Federation of America, released a new study that clearly shows stronger pollution and fuel efficiency standards that result in 60 miles per gallon by 2025 is good for consumers’
    Achieving 60 mpg by 2025 can be done by using and improving on technologies that already exist, such as hybrid electric cars and electric vehicles.     The designer’s project, Gilpin Family Whisky, is inspired by the fact that large amounts of sugar are excreted on a daily basis by diabetic patients -especially older people- who don’t have adequate control of their sugar levels. Processing old people’s urine to produce whisky of high economic value is not a scheme sponsored by the government to solve Britain’s looming pension crisis, it is the starting point for a discussion with health care professionals about the everyday problems caused by diabetes.

Craig Henderson drove from Blaine, Washington to the Mexican border — a distance of 1,384 miles — without stopping to refuel. He burned 12.4 gallons for a record-breaking 119.1 mpg in a car he originally designed in 1984.
Henderson started off on August 29th and essentially drove the entire length of Interstate 5, stopping only for food, bathroom breaks and to sleep overnight. When he arrived at the Mexican border near Chula Vista, he’d burned an officially measured 12.4 gallons for an amazing 119.1 mpg fuel economy. The run actually broke the 103 mpg Guinness world record the car had set on the same border to border run in 1986.

        During the frigid Rochester winter of 1975, researchers at Kodak pieced together the future a quarter of a century early. Built from scavenged parts, the team had created their first “film-less” camera—an idea far ahead of its time.
    Kodak’s Steve Sasson recounts the effort with joy.

    The strange looking device was built with spare parts from a Super 8 camera, an experimental CCD sensor, and a cassette recorder. Yes, a cassette recorder—taking 23 seconds to record a single image composed of only 100 lines of resolution. To view each image, the tape had to be popped into a special reader, where it could be upscaled and viewed on a black and white television set.

        Enter the JAGTAG. These little bundles of marketing joy appear to have the same look and feel of any QR Codes. The biggest difference, however, is that these do not require a special app in order to initialize it after photographing.
