Job Description
You can also do most of the work out of your home or school. As interns you would get to pick and choose projects and tasks to work on. Job descriptions are customized per person depending on skill set, amount of time, and commitment to Random Synergy and particular interests. As long as things are completed when you say they will be completed, the quality of your work is above average and there is good communication between you and your team members, everyone is happy.

We're interested in developing lasting relationship with all of our interns, employees and associates. At Random Synergy we're a family that not only works together but also takes the time to enjoy things such as checking out local bands, clubs, playing chess, creating art, attending art openings and traveling abroad. We also take an active part in the community on many aspects, from expanding environmental awareness to pro-bono work for non-profit and community projects.

Job Requirements:
Applicants should be self-motivating, self-disciplined and have passion for marketing, technology, promotions, entertainment and the arts.

We do our best to compensate your time and efforts with on the job experience, a young, fun and innovative work environment, company lunches, free tickets to local events and other creative barter arrangements. Bonuses will be granted for exceptional work whenever possible. We will also work with your college or university to get you credits if it's possible to do so within your educational institution.
