// synergy, applied to the AI era

Random elements.
Synergistic outcomes.

RandomSynergy is my one-operator studio in the UAE. I build and ship AI products, take on select client builds and consulting, and publish the method and the tools in the open.

// two ways in

Hire the studio, or back it

// the work

What the studio makes

Products people can use today, tools other builders can pick up, and systems built to order. Three from the front of the shelf:

Everything lives in The Foundry, the studio’s body of work: open tools, client work, and the commercial product line, each labeled with exactly where it stands.

// the method

How I work

The name is the method. I look for the synergy hiding between systems, people, and process (the random elements nobody thought to combine), then engineer it on purpose: build once, prove cheaply, scale only what survives real use. I’ve run that loop for two decades, across content management and web multimedia, then hospitality tech, and now AI. The technology changes; the method doesn’t.

// work with me

For clients

Consulting grounded in 20 years of operating instinct, end-to-end builds on the studio’s reusable foundations, and R&D that answers “can this actually work for us?” with a running system. One operator, no handoffs between strategy and code.

// back the studio

For investors

I’m not asking you to bet on a technology trend. I’m asking you to back a method with two decades of receipts (the real numbers), applied across a portfolio of products, not a single bet. Products already live in production; business plans on file; the data room is ready.

// signal vs noise

Signals

Signals is the studio’s writing: what I’m building, what broke, what the fix cost, and what it taught. No SEO filler, no hype.

// not so serious

Playground

Games and interactive experiments, built with the same tools as the serious work. Pizza Quest is live now.
