What I collect
Two things. Aggregate traffic data via Google Analytics, and the email address you submit through the contact form or newsletter signup. I don’t collect anything beyond what you voluntarily provide or what standard web analytics captures.
How it’s used
To respond to your enquiries, to send the newsletter you opted into, and to understand overall site traffic. I don’t sell your data, and I don’t share it with third parties beyond the services named on this page.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics (property G-9419EVH19L), which sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate. One honest note: your browser’s Do Not Track setting will not stop it. Google Analytics doesn’t honor DNT. Two opt-outs that actually work:
- Content blockers: most tracker-blocking browser extensions block Google Analytics by default.
- Google’s own opt-out: the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on stops GA collection in that browser, on this site and every other site running it.
Newsletter provider: to be confirmed. See Subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time, and I don’t sell your email address. Contact-form messages come straight to me.
Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, and you can ask me to delete it. Contact me. I’m the data controller, so there’s no queue between your request and the person who acts on it.
