You’re writing to me, not a queue. There’s no support desk or form pipeline behind this page. Email lands in my inbox, and I usually reply within a business day or two. I work from the UAE (GST, UTC+4), so factor in the timezone.
The most useful first email states the problem, the systems involved, and the timeline. One paragraph is enough. Advising, a build, an investment conversation, or a product that needs to grow from prototype to production: tell me what you’re building.
