I’m a New Yorker who moved to the UAE and brought two decades of operating instinct with me. I didn’t start in AI. 20 years ago I was shipping content management, content distribution, and web-based multimedia systems. ~10 years ago I was bringing tech and IT into hospitality: gamification, CRM, and shift-management systems. Today I apply the same method to AI. It’s the third technology era I’ve worked through, not the first thing I’ve ever built.
