// client work · anonymized by default
Commissions is the client track of The Foundry, and it runs anonymized by default: client names, identifying details, and private numbers stay out of the write-up unless the client signs off. What publishes is the shape of the engagement: the problem, the system built, and the receipts that can be shared. One engagement has shipped and cleared for publication (MeetKlay, below); the other two entries are illustrative patterns that retire as more real write-ups become publishable.

Engagement patterns
Systems that talk to each other
The unification pattern, from my hospitality-tech chapter: disconnected operational tools brought onto a shared data model.
See the pattern → IllustrativeAI on one bottleneck
The targeted-integration pattern: AI applied to the specific manual step that’s slow, not a platform overhaul.

The advisory side is already live: I advise teams like Levels AV on AI integration and innovation, and run funding research and go-to-market for Abu Dhabi, UAE, and international programmes, serving Fortune 500 clients and small teams alike. The build side ships in the open: PublicWorX carries the live tools with receipts, and the wider trail is 165+ repos on GitHub at github.com/RandomSynergy17.
